Our park has been classified as  " one of the 10 natural miracles in Europe".The park in buried in a border area. It unites the Atlantic ocean with the Mediterranean sea and, virtually,Europe with Africa 

 It extens to a surface of 170.025 hectares of thousand-year-old woods consisting of mainly cork oaks, gall oaks and etcetera. Its flora: rhododendrons, ferns and etcetera make up landscaès pf omfomote beaity. Among the park's fauna are fox, genet, otter, polecat, roe deer, wild boar, deer, wild cat, badger, weasel, imperial owl,falcon, vulture and imperial and golden eagle. Besides this these mountains have got the privilege to give home to the last roe deer population in Andalusia.
